This coffee comes to us from Samuel Demisse of Keffa Coffee. Sam was born in Keffa Ethiopia, moved to the USA in 2004 & started Keffa in 2006. He works directly with farmers in Ethiopia & over the 10 years we’ve been buying coffee from him has always sourced the freshest most delicious coffees. This coffee has a classic flavour profile for the region & it is juicy & smooth with multi dimensional acidity.
