We even created a compromise blend called Not So Dark specifically to keep heavy roast flavours from obliterating the coffee's character. But clearly, our expert guidance didn’t cut it. You don’t want subtle. You want us to incinerate the beans until they are pitch-black. 

So fine, we concede. Here is the outrageously deep dark roast you demanded. But just so we're clear: we still managed to craft it without making it oily and gross.
