This fruit-forward, naturally processed coffee is named after the oldest human ancestor skeleton discovered in the region, dating back 4.4 million years. It offers bold flavors—expect notes of wild berries, sweet florals, orange, and cocoa in the cup. While we don’t usually source natural processed coffees, occasionally something exceptional comes along. This is one of those rare finds.
