While cupping these two exquisite coffees we decided to see what it would taste like to blend them together.  The result was a coffee more balanced with even more multi dimensional acidity (flavour). 

You could buy both coffees and blend yourself but if you're looking to get just one incredible coffee this is it.  One of the most delicious blends we've ever tasted or created.
